Facility
Mountain View Montessori is located in a new, specially designed facility on the Southwest corner of 138th and Huron at 13785 Huron Street, Broomfield in Cobblestone Crossing. Our spacious building was designed with the child in mind. The smallest details have been carefully planned to create a space for children that is warm, engaging and fun!

Throughout the building, we have many interior and exterior windows to create a feeling of openness. The interior windows allow parents an opportunity to view their children without disturbing their activities. The exterior windows are built low so children can enjoy the view. We have secure door access control systems and video cameras in each room and at all exterior doors to keep the children safe. The detail of our interior finishes highlight the quality of materials and craftsmanship used to create Mountain View Montessori. We feature an indoor play area, the Community Room, so the children can still play when the weather is too extreme to go outside. This room is also used for computer instruction, ballet, karate, piano, and other activities. The exterior of the building features a stimulating variety of trees, shrubs, plants, and gardens.

We have a total of seven classrooms. Our infant classroom is designed for children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. This classroom features heated cork floors, a lot of space to crawl and play, a quiet nap area, and direct access to the outdoor, age appropriate, shaded play space.

Our two toddler classrooms are designed for children ages 12 months to 3 years. Each room has child size furniture, toilets and sinks to help increase a child’s independence. Each room also has direct access to the toddler outdoor play space. This space is shaded and has been constructed with soft surfacing to help keep children safe. There is open space for push toys, tricycles, and creative play.

Our four primary classrooms are designed for children ages 2 1/2 years to 6 years. In addition to the child size furniture, each room is designed to have space for academic materials, group work, and independent activities. Our primary outdoor play space features a large play structure, climbing tunnel, tricycle track, vegetable garden, and flower garden. There is space for creative play and outdoor art activities. We enjoy taking the classroom outside for lunch and snacks under our shaded arbor.

We have put a tremendous amount of time and thought into creating this school, and we believe it is the best Montessori education and care facility in the area!
